Hello does anyone know what are the differences between the Version 1 and Version 2 of the Ares DSR-1?
Thanks

Re: Ares DSR-1 ver1 ver2 differnces
Main difference visual difference is the body colour, the V1 is a more silvery colour from memory. Also the V1 didn't include a scope and scope rings as standard, which you usually get on the V2 version.
There were some internal upgrades as the V1 had issues with the bipod screw breaking off. Can't remember any more! But I think its better going for the V2.
No one could give me a definitive list when I bought mine, so I went for the V2 anyway.
Later daze

Well someone told that internally these are the ssame but I've read that the V1 when you pull the bolt back it was leaking gas and this is fixed to V2 I don't know if it's just an O-ring so I'll go for the V2 but I want to be sure. The V1 are cheaper!
