What are these things?

hey guys,
i have bought a couple of TM gbb pistols recently and the two most recent (glock 18c and hk desert eagle) have come with little bags with two bits of arrowed plastic and an instruction leaflet in. I know they are something to do with the magazines but can someone tell me specifically what the hell these are for as my foreign languages are limited and i cant work it out from the drawing. i have included pics. im sure they are for something both simple and obvious but i cant for the life of me work them out. heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp

They are the bb followers that sit on the spring in the mag

Does it slide in the gap on the bottem picture? Something to keep the springs taught? Reduce the the cap to RS?

They are to disable the slide lock function for use as a display weapon, like when you see them test shooting dry at those Hobby Shows.

It can also reduce the mag capacity if you'd like them to.

Sam56 - i thought this at first also but they definatly arnt. they are totally different.
montessa77 - possibly but they are much narrower than the follower so they dont really hold themselves in.
Apurturesci - how do they disable the slide lock? as said above i think they are to narrow to sit in the mag as we thought as they just wobble and fall out which is why im so confused

Push the pin out from the mags top lip, and place flat in there

I'd tend to agree with "Apurturesci" for their intended use!

that does make sense. so we think they are for "demo mode"
do they both go in or just the one? (i assume both otherwise why give you two?)

I know someone at work who might be able to read that. I'll ask him tomorrow.

Another use for defeating the slide lock is so the gun can be used in a movie in a country where real guns are heavily regulated.

Nope. All he could tell me was it's something to do with the magazine.
