M9 hammer

I have a HFC M190 (m9) which is a tm clone i do believe.
It is double action and when i cock the hammer it goes into the first position fine but it is stiff to get it to move from this position, either by trigger pull or pulling it down all the way. Its not impossible to cock but it is that extra little bit of extra effort prevents the gun from cycling properly, i already have an upgraded recoil spring so i cant make it any stronger. Any ideas or methods on how to fix/lessen this problem would be greatly appreciated.
