GoSystem Mappro gas
16 January, 2011, 17:37
Just wondering if any has any experience with this gas? GoSystem gas is available at large commercial DIY stores and they sell both Propane and "MapPro". The specs they list for this gas are as follows;
Hottest commercially available gas.
Effective to -20oC.
Stable mixture of different proprietary gases.
Robust steel cylinder.
Uses standard CGA600 connection.
Does anyone know if this will be more powerful than propane?

Its marginaly more powerful 7.56bar at 21c as apposed to propane at 7.5bar at 15c
But if i read that right propane doesent need as high temp to achieve that pressure.
Propane specs
Mappro specs
Not worth the it realy.

Just wanted to say thanks for the helpful input! At the extra cost it'd be, I think I'll just stick to propane in future!
