we gbb scar mag

Hey guys i took a gbb scar mag apart (WE) and took it out the shell, then took the like back plate off and there is a big rectangluar seal, i noticed that one of the edges had been snared abit so maybe had been forced in so i took another from a different broken mag and put this one in but couldn't get it too fit as well as the first seal, and now when i screw everything back together it leaks out the back plate asif there is no seal there??? can anyone help???
