KWA Glock 17 Gas chamber cylinder

Ive snapped two of these in a week so far!

the little nib that pushes the bb, ive snapped 2!

what could be wrong? the slide has seen better days and when its ran on propane it can occasionally come of the slide so i tend to keep it on 134a, used to work fine untill this week but ive made no changes apart from putting it into a Hera Arms kit but that wont make a difference

the first one broke just before the kit was fitted, second one today whilst in the kit

using 50rd mags

any help?
