KWA USP Compact Gas Efficency

Right, I just got a KWA USP Compact last week, and love it. I've been using Abbey Ultra from all my GBBs, and it works fine in this. Yesterday I was getting 40 shots of per mag fill.

Then............ total loss of gas efficiency

Now for every full fill I only get 5 shots before the hammer just clicks dry :c

Any ideas?

are you leaving the mag before refilling with gas,

have you always used 134a in the KWA pistol ??

Not 134a, Abbey Ultra. And yes, I've been trying on/off all day to see if it makes a difference, and making sure it's warm. Still only get 5 shots off.

ah my mistake, thought it read 134a

and for the ultra gas, is that green gas ??

and is there any problem with the release valve on the back of the mag ie dirt, worn orings,

also check the piston head for lube, and the recoil unit also for defects

No, it's sort of between 134a and Green. Gives around 290 FPS with this USP. All lubed to no avail.

I just ordered some Guarder Powerful Gas which is supposedly more powerful than green, so I'll give it a try.

make sure you dont have a small leak in the mag,

check it in bowl of water,

as there should not be a 35 shot drop in a single mag fill,

also stupid and over looked question :p is the can full of gas :p
