WE PDW, stinger hop help + a few questions

Right So I just got my self a second hand we pdw closed bolt version +npas. The first thing I have noticed when I shoot the gun is that it keeps locking back even when Im only 5-10 rounds through the mag. The second thing I have noticed is sometime the full auto does well not want to work some time (not sure if this is due to the weather or if its the gun) The third and I hope final thing is that the hop is ridiculously high even when I turn it all the way off it still send the bb's straight up. Im using 0.25's if you wanted to know also its a stinger hop unit. The only other thing is a few of the mags leak, but I think I can sort that out my self. So any help would be welcomed with open arms, remember Im new to gas rifles. :D Cheers guys and gals

Oh and just incase you are wondering the lock back function on the mags has been disabled

okay, so I fixed the bolt lock problem. Can any one tell me how to actually take the inner barrel out of the outer barrel?

Is it definitely a stinger hop up? as that does'nt sound right... If you look on google there is a very good GAS GUN specific forum that will help you out
