Upgrade parts for a Maruzen M1100 full stock?

hey all, just got one of these and wondering what upgrade parts are available, I.E metal receivers, re-enforced internals etc.

also if anyone has managed any performance upgrades that arent likely to cripple the life span of the gun then feel free to post those too.

im aware these things dont take to green gas very well, heard lots of stories of the bolt cycling too fast to eject the shells, bolt catches breaking, bolt shearing through the abs body etc, not nice.
