    My Detonics Did this out of the box, but My Night Warrior didn't. Seems to be a common yet random problem.

          The solution I found is to sand the top part of the hammer. Now it works fine!

            Already done that george! Just did a dry fire test on every mag, from full to empty, and no half cocks
