WA Beretta trigger spring problem.
6 August, 2009, 16:30
Hey all, just wondering if anyone might be able to suggest a remedy for this issue.
Just bought a second hand Beretta M92 off these forums, but the trigger spring appears to have snapped. First time I gassed it up and fired it the trigger went back, but then didnt return to its original position. You have to push it back manually before you can fire the next shot- everything else seems to be working fine.
Ive disassembled it and it appears a section of the coiled spring in the trigger has sheared off, but Im panicking now as I cant find replacement parts for it ANYWHERE.
What do you guys suggest? Anyone else had this problem?
Thanks
Dave

Re: WA Beretta trigger spring problem.
You could try useing a WA M8045 spring for that. They're pretty similar, not sure how compatible, but it's £10 for that spring (I think). Gotta be worth a try?

Re: WA Beretta trigger spring problem.
Dope you may be a life saver, can I ask where you saw one for sale?
Chris its a bit of a grey area with the refund, as it WAS working dry firing when it arrived, so the previous owner couldnt possibly have known anything was wrong.
Just one of those annoying things!

You can ask, I'm not telling you. That would be against the forum rules.
