    remove the pin that locks the slide back litterally just push it through and the slide will slide off

        just push it out from the side where it's smaller with an allen key or similar

          I now have the slide of mate, is there a way to get the internals out from inside the slide?

            yes start by removing the screw from the back of the slide

              now move to the front of the slide and push the bottom part then turnthe top that holds the barrel

                now on the inside push the metal bar that holds the spring forward and lift it and the spring out then remove the part from the front that you originaly pushed in then you can remove the barrels and then on one side theres a tiny screw undo this then everything just get lifted out. hope this is helps

                    i'm afraid i can't make it any simpiler i've broken it down as best i can i even took mine apart so i could talk you through it.

                            It also strips just like the real 1911, so if you loose the picture guide, youtube "M1911A1 field strip" or something similar. Thats how I learnt to do mine.
                            Goes by the callsign "Iceman" to avoid confusion with the entire Delta team...
