  • Leaking AW338 Gas Magazine

    Hi everyone,
Have had a look at a few of the excellent threads about gas magazine repair but i wonder if there are any AW338 users out there with experience repairing leaking gas mags for this rifle?

It sounds to me like it leaking out of both the inlet fill valve and gas release valve.

    Any advice?

    Cheers

Remove the valves and spay the rubber orange with sillicon oil for start and if this don't work replace them.

Sorry man ... stupid iPhone :-) I meant o-rings!!!! This worked on my Ares m200 and Tanaka M700. Also I've noticed on the Ares that the valves wasn't tight enough.
