    Will a 1911 rail mount...

    ...Fit a Detonics .45 frame/trigger gaurd?

    I assume they're both the same dimensions? I've seen 1911 slides on Detonics receivers (eurgh..) however this demonstrates the same sizes?... I think..

    Anyone know?

    the trigger gaurd is the same so yes, but it will look rediculous as the 1911 rail mount is longer than the detonics lower.
