Airsoft-Innovations tornado grenade problem

hi guys (i hope this is in thje right part of the forum :D)
basically a few weeks ago i bought a airsoft innovations tornado grenade basically brand new from a friend.
took it with me to cqb skirmish game first 2 throws everything was fine. then my third throw as it went bang the valve on the bottom blew off and no bb's left the grenade(was fully loaded).
so iv just had a try and fixing it and no luck.
basically i reset valve, put pin in, fill with bbs, then fill with gas and finish by screwing valve back on bottom. i then pull the pin and after a small delay it goes bang fires no bb's but the valve on the bottom flys off along with a spray of gas.
i have been using the ai maintinance oil to lube the inside also.
if anyone has any sollutions to this it will be much appricated.
