TM 226, BB's rolling out barrel..

Hi there,

Ran into a problem with my P226, BB's just seem to roll out the barrel for some reason.. Barrel is pristine clean and everything seems to be fine...

Any ideas?

check the hop up \ rubber.

when was it last changed.
Are the shots going all over the shop ????

Sounds like your hop rubber, good excuse to get a nine ball one

like others have said it sounds like your hop rubber

the hop rubber doesn't just impart back-spin it is the chamber that holds the bb in place until the gbb is fired

if you clean the barrel too thoroughly you can damage the hop and it wont hold a bb in place.

or if, while cleaning, you use too much silicone it can cause the gbb to double feed which would mean one in the hop chamber and one free to roll out of the barrel

if you need a replacement hop rubber then oem TM ones cost about £5 and nineball ones cost about £15

How is the gun cycling? Crisp? Or sluggish?
