KSC Glock 23f

Hiya all , Im looking at doing some upgrading on my: Glock 23f

And I was wondering if you could suggest any upgrades that would up the performance and accuracy , but also reliability.

* Tightbore

* Hammer Spring ( And some advice on how to install )

* Rocker / Rocket Valve ( Also need some help )

* High flow valves

* Metal slide's

Pretty much ANYTHING that will make this propane SAFE and will not break after about 10 shots.
