KJW (marui clone) GBB 1911 wont blow back?

i bought this gun off here and when you pull the trigger gas used to piss out the top so i googled and it siad the defult piston head is shite
i got a new piston head and fitted it it all fits fine (dyna?) and now it wont blow back i pull the trigger with a full mag and it kinda half blows back
any ideas?

Did you lube the piston head before installing and sometime the new piston heads don't mix with standard feed nozzles and recoil unit springs

i did lube up the ring (lol) but i think it needs a bigger spring in the feed nozzle part casue its kinda stiff

it depends mate, as new piston lids take a while to bed in and work with the standard nozzles

had a kjw m9 that did the same i just smoothed the inside of the feed nozzle and also tried with a guarder version
