TM M3 Shorty With FAL/G3 Magazine?

Ok, I've been looking about on the forums and I've seen what looks like a TM M3 Shorty with a folding stock and FAL or G3 magazine. First of all can you do such thing? And second, how do you go about it, I want one for myself!

There is a guide on how to make one on another popular forum. Google 'Custom Tokyo Marui HiCap Shotgun Shell'. Pretty much, you attach a Hi-Cap to an existing shotshell, and remove the trap door to let it hang in place there.
