TM Beta Spetsnaz top receiver catch

Ok, so the problem here is that the catch holding the top receiver on is wobbling; I'm fairly sure it's because one of the rail like parts on the bottom of it is snapped. This is a total pain in the ass because now my whole top receiver sways like a tree in a hurricane, and even more so with my red dot sight mounted I was wondering if anybody knows if this is fixable or atleast any ways to reduce it, and if so can I have a brief walk-through on it?
