  • Dismantling CYMA MP5

Hey guys, I have a CYMA CM.049J and I was looking into acquiring a swordfish kit for it, however, I can't work out how to remove the front sight. Does anyone know how? Or whether it is infact possible with this gun? Cheers

Remove sling pin and front end, should be a screw under front sight assembly.

Just had a look and there's no screw under the front sight . It seems like there's a cap on the tube above the barrel (can't for the life of me remember what it's called right now) Looks like that holds it in place but I can't seem to get it to move

If it's a G&G clone version that cap has to unscrew off the front of the cocking tube I think.

This like yours? Have you unscrewed the flash hider (may also be holding foresight on)?

First thing I did mate, it was kinda obvious. But the cap on the front of the cocking tube that is unscrewed in that photo literally won't move at all
