Simple one guys.
What is that weapon?
What is its closest Airsoft equivalent?
Would it be possible to accurately replicate it fully?
Cheers

Re: Help with gun identification.
I'm going to beg to differ and say it's a South African made Vektor R5.
The Galil SAR is very similar looking, and there is a kit available for it I believe, though I don't think I've seen a Vektor kit.

Re: Help with gun identification.
I think the GK99 by G&G is a pretty close match, other than the waffle mag it has...

Re: Help with gun identification.
The closest match is easily a Galil SAR. Either the one that King Arms makes or one of the Inokatsu kits that are designed to fit on a TM AK (though I know that they make a Galil but I'm not entirely sure on a SAR model).

Re: Help with gun identification.
Comparing the two on google the stock looks more Vektor R5 like - only difference is the mag and stock are plastic, and the stock is slightly lengthened.

Re: Help with gun identification.
It's a Vektor R5, is that from Strike back? as the armourer on that show majorly loves Vektor, they have mocked-up R5s as AKMs in some episodes.

Re: Help with gun identification.
Here are a couple of similar things for sale right now:
http://forums.zeroin.co.uk/showthrea...9464-ics-galil
http://forums.zeroin.co.uk/showthrea...lil-based-SADF
The second one is made to look like a Vektor (but the longer R4) and the first, despite being a Galil, is probably the closer, in terms of looks, to what you want.
