Replacement Pistol Sight Attaching

Hi everyone!
Just after any tips for mounting my new tritium night sights on my USP. Simply put the front sight doesn't screw on and is loose in the SD slide slot. I've tried gluing but I'm not convinced (it slid out after firing and left a mess).

Any quick tips ideas of how I can do it cleanly and effectively with minimal modding to the new slide?

Electrical tape on the underside of the sight for a tighter fit?
