Custom silencer builds

Hiya guys, I have recently done a couple custom silencer / barrel extension builds for people who have requested them on these and other forums, and due to the number of people who need silencers that either need to be an exact size to fit in a rail, a super light silencer that won't impede the cycling of a gas pistol or want a ridiculously long silencer for that integrally suppressed look, I figured I might as well put a post up on here so people can find me easily.

I can work with most materials including carbon fibre, and have access to lathes, laser cutters and on occasion a 3D printer.

If you have an idea for a custom part you would like built, just send me the specs you want and I will do a 3D sketch that will show you weight, material costs etc.

Followed by a more detailed sketch showing what the final product will look like.

I can't compete with the price of mass produced air soft silencers, but my pricing is fair, and most custom aluminium silencers go for below £50 including shipping.

And here is a pic that the new owner was nice enough to send me: of the suppressor on his rifle when it arrived.

I do not require any down payment usually unless the project requires unusual/expensive materials such as carbon fibre.

i think this gif sums up this post nicely.

can you finish them for painting ect? as id love one in black (not a fan of shiny things, they make it hard to hide in shadows)

That explains why the exchange with Benp80 about options for me making that for him stopped suddenly...

Though he didn't tell me he'd asked someone else to do it. Good job I'd not started...

I can do that design fairlu easily, and can make it out of a composite material if you want to keep the weight down.

Yup, I can paint, prime, powder coat and even get it anodised for you, and can build custom covers to fit if wanted.
I can also do grip sections.

What specs, material etc do you want?
(I can get a 3D drawing done when I get the time that way)

Haha not even sure myself yet! I figure if im gonna drop £50-60 on a suppressor i may as well get a nice one how i want it!

I will be doing a couple carbon fiber builds soon, its incredibly light, and a lot less expensive than many think, just ridiculously hard to work with without a laser cutter.

Getting an m14x1 die soon (have to import from the US) so will be able to do 1 piece outer barrels and extensions.

Import from the US? Both of mine (CW and CCW) came from UK suppliers.

Where in the UK did you get a 14x1 ccw die?
