    Has anyone tried to put a g36 sight/rail on a m4?

      It would have to be a botch job since the carry handle scope isn't RIS mounted, unlike the M4 carry handle.

      But I approve of this. Not however M4 parts on a G36

          I once saw a m249 with a g36 sight rail on it and it looked fantastic!

            You could file the mounts on the carry handle to 20mm but it would be fragile, or you could try fitting a slimmer rail to the top of the M4. Personally I would file the G36 handle flat, and then use a putty of sorts to bond it to the M4 body, permanent but the best solution.
