T1 and Magnifier help.

Quite a simple one.

Just about to order a T1 on a high mount and a magnifier on a flip to side mount, can't link to exact products due to rules.

What I'm wondering before I order is will the two line up ok?
Does anyone else use the same setup?

On a high mount i dont think so, as magnifiers are at *full Size* Aimpoint/Eotech height.

Edit: i stand corrected, the high mount is bang on an eotech

I'm guessing you're referring to the 'full-size' Aimpoint sights & EOTech's?

One accessory I always recommend, is a killflash, which also doubles as a great lens protection method, I don't know how many times the one I've fitted to my ACOG has saved the lenses from being shot out, and I don't really like the thought of having to replace a 100-odd pound optic!!

Jonny - what make is that T1? I've only seen ones with a very dull reticle and want something slightly brighter...

I've seen pictures of RS T1's on LaRue hi mounts with magnifiers on standard eotech mounts and they look sound.

That is the look I'm ultimately after, and although that setup quite obviously matches up, you never really know when it comes to TV weapons.

I went for the eotech type x4 magnifier on a FTS mount. Lines up fine with the t1
