pictures in the signature

I'm stuck , I'm trying to upload a picture in the signature. i have created it (not the best but hey ho ) and its uploaded in the signature bit but its still not showing up. I can drag and drop the photo but it shows up as a URL , and the "insert signature picture" doesn't work (well for me anyway)

Heres the code i use for mine. I have mine hosted via photo bucket, then i have the img code in IMG tags

nice , thanks buddy , is that a .gif ? or how have you saved it as i had tried .gif and .jpg but both came up with url's , but i will try that out

Get you picture and save it as a .jpeg
Upload to photo bucket or similar
Use the IMG code link


looks like this:

Then paste it in the signature box. Remember to use the img tags correctly. they should already be added, but if not add them like so.
Mine is a .gif because its an animated image and needs an animation capable format.

the "()" are actually "[]" but its just to show you the code


so you would just copy and paste the above code in the signature section ? as i have tried this and it still come up with nothing

If you are using dropbox are you using the public link. Because i dont think you are, i tried it myself using my own dropbox and using the public link:

Public folder then select public link
