Rules on manufacture of airsoft guns and rules on two tone.

Q1. so i have a 3d printer and i was wondering what are the rules on making airsoft guns, and by making i mean, make a ris rail, outer barrel, upper and lower receiver. Then just drop a v2 gearbox, hopup and barrel in. (the gun i would make would be the halo DMR from reach i would also just adapt the game files) For mags i would use a stanag mag with custom 3d printed externals. NOT THINKING OF SELLING IT.
Q2. I already have a two toned gun, would i be allowed to spray paint a red and black digital design onto it, making sure that the was more than 50 percent red? (the design would be simular to the planetside 2 camo)

Are you a regular airsofter (it's not the be all and end all, but if you have met UKARA's guidelines on what constitutes a regular skirmisher - ie. 3 games in over two months but less than 12 months - then you can call your self a regular airsofter with confidence)?

If so - your fine. If not then you need to be a regular airsofter.
