Magpul 7.62 mid cap magazines

Hi guys
I've got a Classic Army SR25 & I was looking at getting some Magpul mid caps for it but have been advised by 1 place that they don't fit but have also heard that they just require a bit of fettling to make them fit.
Does anybody out there know for sure as I cant really afford to waste the money. Some adverts on the web even say that they fit G&P & Classic Army. If anyone has tried & got them to fit what did you do?

I had an A&K SR25, which is a clone of the Classic Army and, both of my magpul magazines fitted and fed perfectly, without any fiddling about.
