How to remove the stock cap from a PTW/CTW?

Hi guys,

just a quick question, im trying to fit a new Prime lower body to my CTW however im having trouble getting the stock cap off my existing body, it does not seem to unscrew or pull out?

The cap on the inside that the cylinder presses against? I usually wiggle it or pry it out a touch by sticking an allen key in the hole in the middle. Even the stubborn ones succumb to this eventually then you can get at the edges with a flat blade.
