puxing 777 programming issues

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or something of the similar or know how to correct.

Basically I bought a used puxing which won’t go any lower or higher than 144.000 to 145.000 on frequency, nor will it allow me to program any channels into it. I’ve done a full reset and VFO reset to be sure and still has the same problem, my brand new one obviously works fine but this one just doesn’t want to be programmed or move between the set frequencies i’ve mentioned. It’s been hooked up to a pc where it still can’t be programmed.

Any knowledge or ideas on this and please nothing pointless like throw it in the bin as i’m sure someone would think that’s very helpful to say.
