help identify colt m4 lower

just picked this lower up for a project and need to find a suitable upper.been looking around but cant identify it.i know very little about airsoft is it a gbb or an aeg?

anyone recognize the type ?
it has part number cy20200 inside it ,i thought it might be cyma but cant find a trace.ive tried the upper off my two tone g&g cm16 but that is too long.

That's definitely not G&G.
Classic Army or TM maybe?
What is on the writing near the fire selector?
