Hi Lads, as it says which one for my TM sopmod?

inner barrel, 6.01 lonex, or TK twist. gun is shooting at 330ish and I use a firefly hop nub set up.

I'd go for a TK twist barrel personally if you're sticking around the 330 fps mark, I've used one with the firefly combo and it was outstanding. I actually have a m4 length TK twist barrel I'm looking to get rid off. Currently it's in one of my guns but I'm changing it out for an orga barrel. PM if you're interested.
