    engineering question

    well I want to cut a 14mm right hand thread on an outer barrel, the question is generally for airsoft flash hiders and silencers what pitch should I be looking to get, I haven't got the die yet, I was just about to get one from the bay

        14mm x 1mm left or negative pitch , might be better to bet to get an adapter or you'l end up with a shorter barrel.

          ^^as dadio says AEG's for the most part have 14 x 1mm left hand thread, which is about £20 for a Chinese Die from Ebay
