Hello, have seen something a while ago, and now I want to get it... the problem is I dont know what its called..

I have a G36C, with a red dot on the RIS..

I have seen a pic of a bit that goes inbetween the red dot and the Ris, makes it a little higher, lets you use iron sights aswell as the red dot... what is it called so I can try and find one?!

Also known as a cantilever mount. A rail riser works too!

Cheers, the off set mount seems to more move it to the side and up than straight up.

having a look at these Rail riser's... do the raise it enough? I mean the ones ive looked at, the bit that attaches them seems to have metal screws that would get in the way of the iron sights... meaning it would just raise it...

I want it so I can use both... kinda like the M4 Ris that goes on top of the carry handle, so you can use both..
