Project: Wind
19 June, 2010, 15:07
Hello all, I recently discovered my old K-nex!
Being a creative fellow I have prototyped and half made a battery powered winder for highcaps. Much like zeroones product. Mine made purely of knex is very small and basic and can clip onto a mag, flick a button on the control box and it winds. It's so small you can wind while in play so it's practical.
Search knex motor and the one I use is 2 bits a red control bit and a see through other one with gears. ..
Now how can I intergrate the buttons onto say a standard g36 / mp5 / M4??
Any ideas?

Re: Project: Wind
You could wire up a pressure switch which you could locate on the pistol grip or somewhere you could push it easily?
Not sure where you'd get it from though, I'd hazard a guess at maplins or somewhere like that
