Re painting M4

[Crysis]

Hey all i recently ( as of now its in the post ) have purchased an M4

im looking at spraying it all black as at the moment it is tan.

i have NO expertise or practice apart from war hammer back in the Old days .

im looking to mainly paint the receiver ( metal ) as this is what is tan and needs doing ,

as well as the Stock ( tactical sliding )

If any one knows a person who could do it - well and cheaply or knows a good guide either here or on forum ( i have had a quick look ) that would be most helpful .
