moscart shells

ok now i am baffeled,

i have 3 moscart shells all second hand form different sourced but they all died at the same time and i can for the life of me work out how or why.

if i put gas in i simply get it flowing back out in my face through the tubes that would hold bbs

i have opened them up and all seals appear intact base seems to be in line with valve bit everythign looks right.

confused

anybody got sugestions?

Are you resetting them? After each shot you have to push the pin is all the way, and let it spring all the way back out again.
