High speed rate of fire setup

Ok guys well basically i'm after a high rate of fire set up for a version 2 m4. I had £100 to spend but i bought a madbull tightbore so have now £70 to spend, What is the best set up i can get for this price.

element ultra speed motor or g&p m120 £20
16 awg wire £2
good battery £13-£30 (depends on voltage)
gear clip £2
bearings £8-£15
