M4 Front Sling Mount?

Hello guys.

This may sound like a strange question but I've seen some M4's that have a sling mount on the bottom of the front sight (I've attached a picture below to show what one I mean). Thing is, my SOPMOD CQB didn't come with this so I was wondering if anyone knows where one would get hold of one or what it's specifically called. :-/ I've had a look around at a load of places but can't seem to find it anywhere.

Does it fit any M4 (I can't really tell how it attaches) and any chance you selling it?

Yes mate you can have it no probs.
Not 100% sure it will fit it was off my ICS M4.
