tight bore barrel

is a 6.04mm barrel better than 6.03mm barrel, its just something i heard about and could do with knowing for a project.

It's all about barrel quality. If you go with a high quality barrel with no internal imperfections, you will get improved results. The tighter diameter will give you slightly higher fps however.
