    take front sight off a Magpul masada

    how do you take the built in flip up site off a magpul masada without ruining it?

    I have a new ali RIS and Id rather take the built in one off and just use my MBUS

    sight came off easy... not sure how to get the button off though :-s

      I don't have access to one but could you not just file it down til it's flush and then paint it? Although I would imagine this will effect second hand value if you choose to sell it later on.

        you would have to file it through completely till it was flush! lol

        its all been taken off now anyways, so its all good
