Re: G-Spec VSR Lubing
Take the bolt out and strip it down and clean the components using silicon spray and some j-cloth, just so it removes any dirt etc and clean the plastic collars inside the receiver that the bolt slides over.
After cleaning these apply either a little silicon spray or if possible silicon grease to the bolt and spread evenly. make sure to spread on most of the bolt apart from the gap where the sears go.
Also if you want smoother cocking maybe consider getting a teflon coated cylinder

Re: G-Spec VSR Lubing
i had a vsr with a teflon cylinder. i wouldnt use silicoln spray inside the bolt as it can very easily contaminate the barrel. i would use a healthy amount of silicon or teflen grease. take all the internals of the bolt out and put a thin coating of grease on the inside of the cylinder and put grease on the outside of the piston. if there is a build up of grease on the front of the piston, take it out and wipe as much of it off.
hope this helps
