hi , i have bought a tm vsr10 off these forums and the previous owner notified me that the hop up isnt working and the rubbers just needed cleaning as they had lube on them , and as this is my first time sniping , can anyone tell me how to get to the hop up rubbers , cheers will

there are loads of video's on youtube, it's so much easier than writing it all out.

Tbh mate you don't even need to watch a video there about 6 screw intotal to undo and very little thiings to lose get wrong or confused by.
There is really only one way to learn and thats by doing.
Hell I used this method to learn how to fix v2's which are way more complicated.
