L96 - Coil to FPS ratio
8 April, 2014, 17:29
Hey i recently upgraded all my Warrior L96's internals to steel to handle the strain..But most the sites nearby have a 450 - 500 limit and with a new M150 its shooting around 540 - 560 (Way too hot) So i was thinking of getting a M170 and cutting some coils because i heard its better to start with that then a M150..So how many coils would i need to lose to get around 460-480? (450FPS site allows +5/-5% so that would be perfect)
Thanks in advanced any who comment

Re: L96 - Coil to FPS ratio
Cut off a coil at a time and re-chrono. This is the only way to do it

Re: L96 - Coil to FPS ratio
I'd buy a 170, and leave the spring charged over night. See where it is after that, then as above, cut off coil by coil.
