broken mag emptyswitch on l96 :( how do i fix it?

got a warrior l96 mag empty indicator thats not functioning, any tips on how to get this working properly?

there is a way to fix it , but it is a pain in the ass mate ,

look on youtube as it is on there ,

my maruzen one indicates it perfect , same as the loaded bat at the back ,

is it the video where you need to mess about altering where the mag fits in takign away and shaping mateiral inside?
