At some point you will, the original ones will probably wear out at some point but not as fast as upgrading to 500fps.

Had mine at 480 and never had a problem after owning for 2 months, sold it on and the guy never got back in touch to tell me it broke and we kept in touch for some time.

Re: Upgrade guide Based on Maruzen type 96
The maruzen Will need stronge sears as they are only built to go at 380 from stock and will take max power of 430 without failing,
so get a set of polar sear type 96
will last along time and can go upto 650 fps without needking the zero trigger !

Re: Upgrade guide Based on Maruzen type 96
As Guard has said, do the cheap upgrades first like barrel spacers etc, bbs going left might be too lighter ammo or mis aligned barrel

Yo dude
I'll send you an email of where to get a spring you may need a new spring guide as well as the upgraded springs are larger size as well.
Polar sears are rare as get some laylax or PDI ones.
Ric
Edit: that one should work

Re: Upgrade guide Based on Maruzen type 96
There a few hk sites that have a new pdi/raven sear set in for type 96 rifles
Also there are loads of places that sell springs just don't go over a 460fps spring as other upgrades and tweaks will up the fps
