Silencer Adapter Problem
18 May, 2009, 17:03
I recently purchased a brand new King Arms silencer adapter for my Tokyo Marui VSR 10 Pro Sniper.
On the box in comes in, it claims to fit a Tokyo Marui Pro Sniper or Real Shock.
However, it will not fit the thread of the gun. The gun itself was purchased 2 years ago, and the cap which would be replaced by the silencer adapter has never been off so the thread is in perfect condition, and is easy to remove and replace.
However, when attempting to replace with the King Arms adapter, the thread on the adapter seems too small and will not bite, just wobble around. When it finally does bite it is off centre, or only screws part of the way down until it refuses to go any further. If any more force is applied it will chew the thread up.
Has any one else had any problems with this, or had the King Arms adapter fit?
Thanks for your time, ChiefStrider.

Re: Silencer Adapter Problem
I had the same issue on my BAR-10. Simply wouldn't go on. I was fairly pissed off to say the least.
