lubricant for a TM VSR Pro

Hi all,

Been searching the net for ages trying to find the answer but can't so can someone tell me what I should go for (preferably link to Z1 if possible as I am buying some stuff from there soon anyway).

I know silicone spray isn't good enough and I don't want to mess the gun up.

white lithium grease ( spray ) for the moving parts so spring and bolt internals
Silicone lube( spray ) for the orings

I Have read silicone GREASE (not spray) for the bolt and o rings. Its the stuff you'd use on diving equipment so will look after the rubber o-ring fine.

The bolt pull is now very smooth with a small amount of grease on there.
