Help Identifying broken parts please! Fairly Urgent!
22 October, 2010, 21:31
Hi guys, sold a rifle to a guy thats broken when it arrived, what is actually damaged here? I had no reason to believe it wasnt working when it left me, countless shots worked flawlessly.
Have just received this picture of the trigger mech, but as I had the rifle for a short while I dont know what the internals actually look like. Its a Warrior L96.
Whats missing/broken/anything else?
thanks guys.

damn. is that the only part that needs replacing? i would have thought itd be easier to find a new trigger. at the moment i can only find entire trigger mechs in excess of £100!

Will do. Have stuck up a wanted post as well. Hopefully I can source the part and send it on without having to do a refund and all that rubbish for a part that would probably cost less than £20!

also, out of curiosity, I have seen parts for an APS2, and a well L96. Do you think any of these parts would be suitable? the trigger unit for the Well L96 is very different in shape, but the trigger might have the same basic shape

no mate, the trigger itself is the shape of the vsr type , the l96 is its own rifle
you should be able to source one in the uk mate

Seems strange to me. If the trigger mech was fine when it left you and broke in transit surely the broken piece of trigger would be rattling around loose in the trigger mech?

That's what I thought.
On top of this, it's been nearly 3 weeks since I told the guy he could send it back, and have heard nothing since!
Anyway got all the repair parts now thanks to a very helpful forum member so a mod can close if they wish
